ANGEL, COCO, CHAOS, YIN, YANG ETC
I can HIGHLY recommend Kylie for your housesit, with or without pets. For us, we have a near zoo of pets, domestic and wild. Domestic: 3 x spoilt cats, 2 rabbits, indoor aquarium and out large fishpond + Wild, 2 ducks and 3 possums visiting daily.
Anyway while you think and hope that all will go smoothly and normal while you away apart from sulky cats when you pack, this time unfortunately one of our free range rabbits injured itself badly and it was a Veterinary emergency that Kylie had to cope with blood, severely swollen head, catching a very sore scared rabbit who has about 400 sqm to hop around (appears from vet reports that it got a stick or something through it’s eye/eyelid which caused the rapid swelling). Kylie called me immediately while I was overseas, I arranged the vet & payment and guided her through where the pet basket was and tried to give guidance of how to catch, etc.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, our rabbit spent a couple of nights in hospital, Kylie took him his normal food supply for hospital as he was somewhat stressed and not eating, then when “discharged” she had to administer daily meds and eye-drops once he was home and Kylie took the time to also catch his brother and put them together for company and rehabilitation (very happy bunnies). At all times I was kept informed as to progress (important especially was child’s pet and I needed to prepare her for the worst). Yin the rabbit and Yang his brother are all good and are happy healthy bunnies. The 3 cats too got their required (demanded) attention quota and the house was as we left it except the welcome home lights were on for us. Again, don’t hesitate. I am happy to be a contact to give a reference in person. Regards, Helen + Family and our private zoo.

ILSE
We contacted Kylie through the Aussie House Sitters web site, which I had found excellent previously. Our house sit included our family member Ilse, a 3 1/2 yr old German Shepherd who we could not take overseas.
Our trip was almost 2 months and during that time Kylie kept us informed with entertaining informative emails with pictures of events back home.
She was fantastic looking after Ilse, and our home and it was very reassuring to have such a trustworthy responsible house sitter managing the estate.
I would recommend Kylie for any future house sits, it was a pleasure to have her stay and I am sure Ilse will not forget her kindness and consideration looking after her.

COBBY
With the approach of our overseas holiday we were in a quandary as to who we would get to look after our dog Cob, as a relative who usually did so was no longer available.
We came upon Kylie’s resume on the Aussie House Sitters website. After speaking to her on the phone and meeting her, we decided to have her look after the house and our pet Cob. We could not have picked a more reliable person.
She has an affinity with animals and looked after Cob very well, keeping us up to date with e-mails and text messages. Thanks to Kylie we enjoyed a worry free holiday and returned to a clean home and happy and contented pet, who we noticed missed her for the next couple of days until settling back into his normal routine with us. We would definitely have Kylie housesit, if available, when we travel in future.

JEAN-PAUL, LIGHTENING & MOONEY (AND LATER FOR HONEY & BEAR)
I was lucky enough to arrange for Kylie to stay with my animals during my recent trip away (2 months). Little did we both know how much would be required; it was to be an ordinary pet/housesit, 1 dog, 2 cats, all pretty well-behaved.... Straight off the bat, during the weekend shakedown when I was in Albany, the trouble started, and Kylie responded beautifully. My dog got very sick with a bladder obstruction, required hospitalization and then care once home again.
Kylie facilitated getting the dog to the vet hospital, overseeing the moment-to-moment decisions about treatment, and then nursed the dog at home until I could return. I left the country three days later, and received regular updates about how things were going back home, along with some very cute photos.
Once again, about three weeks into my trip, the dog got ill, with another problem, and, once again, Kylie was there to provide the most thorough and sensitive care for him. It made all the difference to know that, while so very far away, I could be absolutely sure that my pet was receiving the very best care that I could have ever hoped for.
When I got back home, I was very happy with the way everything looked, and especially happy about the condition of all three animals.
I would highly recommend Kylie to anyone wanting to leave their home and pets to someone responsible, savy, and dependable.

DAISY, RIVER & CLOUDY
I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the quality of care for our home and pets provided by Kylie, who recently spent two weeks looking after out house in Greenwood, WA.
Kylie has an obvious passion and easy rapport with animals, and our three dogs Cloud, Daisy and River immediately took to her. Kylie arrived the evening before we left, and we were immediately struck by her easy manner and obvious love for animals.
She took notes on all our instructions, and while we were away kept us updated with emails and photos of our pets having a great time with her.
One of the dogs, River, is a young Labrador who is intent on having fun from the moment she wakes, and requires bucket loads of attention, which Kylie happily provided. Cloud developed an ear infection, and Kylie sourced and applied antibiotic drops for her after noticing her discomfort.
The house itself was well cared for and sparkling clean when we returned. The girl is a treasure, and it left us free to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing everything back home was in capable hands. A huge thank you to Kylie, and to Aussie house sitters for providing this hugely valuable service.
Thank you!

ARCHIE
Kylie kindly looked after our dog and house at the end of March on rather short notice. Archie (our dog) is a mischievous labradoodle who can be tricky to manage at times, but Kylie's friendly and calm demeanour would without a doubt have a positive effect on any pet.
Kylie was also really flexible about arrival/departure times and made an effort to fit in with us and stay until we got back, as well as reporting that she had given Archie plenty of exercise and all went well.
Overall, she exceeded our expectations (being new to the house sit concept ourselves) and we were delighted to have her.

NOOSA APARTMENT
I have had a two year association with Kylie whilst my business and personal interests took me to the Kimberley region in W.A. I was extremely fortunate to have Kylie to look after my Noosa apartment in my absence.
At all times Kylie was so very flexible with any tradespeople coming and going, and at times it was a pleasure to know that Kylie was able to coordinate them as well, should there be any misunderstanding with my instructions. On a couple of occasions I had to return to Noosa without warning, and always upon inspection my fully furnished apartment was kept in nothing but perfect condition.
Previously my employment was property manager with L.J. Hooker in Noosa, so I do understand how difficult it is to find someone with Kylie’s standards in caring for a property as her own. I am able to speak to you personally, and please don't hesitate, should you care to call me on mobile number, <please request> for any further information. Yours sincerely, Raelene Guy.

PESTY
We were fortunate to have Kylie housesit and mind our timid and nervous puss (our main concern) for five weeks.
Kylie is obviously a skilled “cat whisperer” because we were delighted to find on our return that puss was not only thriving but way more outgoing and sociable!
It was also great to receive regular email updates from Kylie as to what was happening at home and how the little Pesty cat was responding to her.
Kylie kept our garden under control (despite the large elm tree dropping all its leaves during that period) and we returned to a neat and tidy house, as well as a very happy cat. Thank you Kylie!

SLINKY
Kylie has house sat for me 3 times over the last 18 months and each time I’ve gone away it’s been a real relief to know that my property and my precious cat Slinky have been in good hands.
Kylie is respectful, clean and attentive to how the household is run. For me the main priority has always been getting my cat well looked after and loved while I`m away and I’ve never been disappointed by Kylie’s care of my pet because whenever I return from my trips Slinky is always very relaxed and completely comfortable around Kylie who is a big animal lover herself!

MAX, MELA & ASTI
Dear Kylie I really enjoyed my holiday last year when you looked after my house and more importantly my animals. You were so caring towards my precious Siamese and looked after Max when his eye became inflamed.
The cats got plenty of attention, which is difficult to achieve when you have three of them all competing for affection. I highly recommend you as a house sitter especially if there are animals. I promise to cook and freeze your favourite dishes before we go away this year. Thanks Estelle.
