Going Places Housesitting …

CARING FOR OUR FURRY FRIENDS

… and Feathered and Scaly Friends too

I’ve been a house and pet sitter for over 15 years now, caring for homes and animals full-time while travelling and working remotely, before Covid meant I had to return to Australia. During lockdown, I continued looking after other people’s pets at home in Melbourne. I’ve recently returned to Australia after living in NZ for a few years, I lived by the beach in a remote community where I got to foster, train and rehome puppies before being a house sitter during my final year there.

If your fur kids are used to sleeping on the bed, hogging the covers, snoring, or waking you up with a lick to the face… I’ve experienced it all before!

I genuinely love all creatures (except mozzies!) and have plenty of experience with animals of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I also care for homes without pets. Check out some of the photos I’ve taken along the way in my gallery, I always have more to add and do this as I find time.

As of January 2026, I am now booked until July 30 unless a cancellation occurs.

The banner photo is of myself and Ali the Border Collie taken on her private jetty at a repeat house sit in beautiful South Yunderup, Western Australia in 2018. The jetty was one of Ali’s favourite spots to visit daily and watch the local dolphins.I looked after Ali for several months at a time each year while her retired owners travelled overseas and occasional shorter sits over a number of years until her old age.
